Our training courses do not constitute a medical qualification. Paramount First Aid does not accept responsibility for any actions taken by individuals who complete our training.

Accreditation

​

Please note that our Essentials First Aid course is a non-accredited training course. Participants will not receive an accredited first aid certificate but may request a certificate of participation.

Rescheduling Policy

​

• More than 24 hours' notice: No rescheduling fees apply.

• Less than 24 hours' notice or after the course start time: A rescheduling and administration fee of 50% of the course fee will apply.

• If a participant provides evidence of a legitimate reason (e.g., sudden acute illness with a medical certificate), they may transfer to another course without charge.

• Legitimate reasons do not include traffic delays, public transport issues, arriving at the wrong venue, running late, or new work commitments.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 10 days' notice: Full refund of fees paid.

• Less than 10 days but more than 24 hours' notice: 75% refund (25% retained for administrative costs).

• Less than 24 hours' notice or after the course start time: No refund.

• Late arrival or missing the start of the course: No refund.

• Cooling-off period: Full refund if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of payment and more than 24 hours before the course start time. If payment is made less than 24 hours before the course starts, no refund applies.
